Terms of Service

By using ReboundSMS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Description of Service

ReboundSMS provides temporary virtual phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes for online applications and services.

What we provide:

  • ✅ A temporary virtual phone number
  • ✅ Reception of 1 verification SMS
  • ✅ Access to the SMS code for 10 minutes

What we do NOT guarantee:

  • ❌ Reception of SMS after expiration (10 min)
  • ❌ Reuse of the same number later
  • ❌ Functioning with all services (some block virtual numbers)

2. Allowed Uses

You may use our numbers to:

  • Create an account on a dating app (Tinder, Bumble, Hinge, etc.)
  • Verify an account on a social network
  • Test an application requiring a phone number
  • Protect your online privacy

3. PROHIBITED Uses

You agree NOT to use our services for:

  • 🚫 Illegal activities: Fraud, identity theft, money laundering, terrorism
  • 🚫 Spam and harassment: Sending unsolicited messages, harassing other users
  • 🚫 ToS violations: Circumventing bans, mass account creation for resale
  • 🚫 Malicious activities: Phishing, hacking, malware distribution
  • 🚫 Ad fraud: Manipulation of payment systems, fake clicks

⚠️ In case of detected prohibited use, we reserve the right to refuse service without refund and report to competent authorities.

4. Refund Policy

Automatic Refund (within 24h)

You will be automatically refunded if:

  • No number is available (total stockout)
  • The provided number is invalid or already used
  • Technical error on our part

Manual Refund (on request)

You can request a refund if:

  • The SMS does not arrive within 10 minutes
  • The number is rejected by the target service

ℹ️ How to request a refund: Contact us at support@reboundsms.com with your order email, the received number, and a screenshot of the issue.

Processing time: 24-48 business hours

No refund if:

  • The SMS was successfully received
  • The number works but you changed your mind
  • Request made after 7 days

5. Limitation of Liability

We are NOT responsible for:

  • ❌ Blocking of your account by the third-party service
  • ❌ Loss of data on your account created with our number
  • ❌ Subsequent reception of SMS on the used number
  • ❌ Incompatibility with certain services

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the transaction concerned (max. 4.99€).
